Our state-of-the-art Design Center can be the central hub for you and your builder for the many decisions to be made on flooring, countertops and window coverings. Our role is to personally guide you through the process of selecting the interior finishes of your new home and to work closely with your builder on the installation of those chosen finishes.
At our Custom Design Center, you will work with a trained design consultant who not only possesses expert product knowledge but, also understands the construction process. Our design consultants are, therefore, a great asset to you and the builder as well.
Your consultant will take the time to learn your personal style and will help you design a home that reflects that style. In addition, the Wisenbaker Design Consultants will make sure you have clear expectations of what you're going to see when you move in. Our consultants strive to ensure that each product selection is properly presented, documented and communicated to the builder in a timely manner.
It's all about you and your builder having a good working knowledge of the products you've chosen for your new custom home. The attention to details, the setting of proper expectations and the appropriate coordination during the construction phase all help to achieve what everyone wants...a well designed and built home for you and a loyal client for the builder.
