Since its founding in 1970, Wisenbaker Builder Services has remained committed to product quality and meeting our customer’s requirements.  All Wisenbaker employees are responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures defined in our Installed Quality Assurance (IQA) Program.

Our comprehensive IQA Program was developed to achieve and surpass these goals by ensuring the delivery of quality product installations that are on time and performed in a professional manner.

We maintain a continuing education approach to training that reinforces product knowledge and installation techniques. The installation quality and performance of all partners are graded with the outcomes used to determine an installer’s ongoing qualification.

Area Managers are authorized to enforce quality procedures to ensure each installation complies with the builder requirements and company quality standards. With visibility into the product installation schedule, we oversee daily orders, service orders and the grading of our installation crews.

Mobile IQA is designed to give builders' customers the added assurance that Wisenbaker product installations are performed according to agreed-upon specifications. The goal is to quickly correct the problem in order to keep the home construction schedule moving forward.
